Social responsibility

In its projects Trikaya places great emphasis on the utility value of the real estate being developed. High standards and innovative designs are the subject of daily debates between architects and designers. Our perception of design takes on a somewhat different dimension than the traditional concepts of the industry. That is why Trikaya has decided to partner with the organizers of Brno Design Days, so that we can also combine the worlds of architecture and design in residential construction. We look forward to another successful year of the young festival, which will take place in October 2018.

The idea of hospice care is based on respect for man as a unique and unrepeatable being and his needs: biological, psychological, social and spiritual. It is based consistently on the individual needs and wishes of the patient and emphasizes the irreplaceable nature of the family and the friendly relationships of each person. Hospice sv. We support Hospic Sv. Alžběty because we believe that a sense of security and safety is a fundamental desire in all periods of life. It is the quality hospice care that helps the dying and their families to meet these needs even in the most difficult moments of their lives.

Thanks to our cooperation with the integrated rescue service of the South Moravian Region, which during its training demolished one of the buildings in the Ergon factory complex, this site has become an ideal environment for training rescue dogs. Groups of rescue dogs from the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries regularly train in the ruins of former buildings. We have also established long-term cooperation with the SIRIUS rescue group.

As owners of the extensive brownfield of the Ergon plant, Trikaya has established close cooperation with the integrated rescue service of the South Moravian Region, especially with the fire department. The old factory complex provides ideal conditions for training numerous units that have difficulty finding suitable training locations elsewhere. Trikaya provides training opportunities for divers, climbing units, and units specializing in extricating people who have been buried or trapped. A number of international training sessions have also taken place at the complex. During the annual region-wide rescue unit training session there was controlled demolition of one of the buildings in the complex. Units trained in protecting and extricating buried people. We are delighted that even a dilapidated brownfield can find such temporary use and we hope to continue to regularly cooperate with the fire department long into the future.

One long-term aktivity Trikaya has undertaken is helping certain homeless people who are trying to find a way out of their present situation. We help find them employment in positions that are acceptable for the particular individual and that enable them to further integrate into society. In this context we have employed several security guardds for the brownfield owned by the company, because these spaces aslo provide the employees a temporary residence. We are please that this project has enjoyed succes for many years and that certain participants have been able to fully return to normal life.
