Rezidence Písky Blansko

For the first time in the history of its activity in the field of residential real estate construction, Trikaya will visit outside Brno, namely Blansko, where the demand for own housing is constantly growing.

In cooperation with HOPA group, Trikaya has prepared a project for the construction of four hundred new flats in the Písečná housing estate in Blansko. The joint project was selected by the Blansko City Council as the most suitable in view of the city's requirements and was recommended to the council for approval. The Blansko City Council voted the proposed project of Trikaya and HOPA group as the winner of the tender.

The winning project was prepared by the design office Abras for the cooperating companies. "The residential buildings will have green roofs, a structured floor plan and facades and an offset top floor. I believe that everything will look light thanks to the large number of loggias. The line of the houses, which are much shorter than the houses on Písečná, is completed by an avenue of trees and two playgrounds for children," says Monika Sirná, the author of the project.

The new construction should also bring benefits to the existing residents of the estate. In cooperation with the city, it is planned to extend the public transport line and relocate the turntable and bus stop closer to the site of the new construction. In the future, a bus stop could be built between the Pod Javory Nursing Home and the business academy building, and another will probably be built in the opposite direction near the new development.
